Bailey Park also hosts a number of annual events which include this summer’s Abergavenny Steam, Veteran & Vintage Rally between 26th and 27th May .

Abergavenny Museum and Castle

One of Abergavenny’s top attractions is the museum and castle. The museum which was founded on July 2nd 1959 depicts the story of Abergavenny throughout history, while the castle, which was originally built as far back as 1087 AD, is a brilliant spot for a summer picnic or a leisurely stroll. What’s even better is that the museum and castle has free admission, so you can put that new wallet away for now!
