All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions outlined belowwhich apply to all sales of goods by the company to the exclusion of all standard terms of the customer.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT
Payment
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard,Delta, Switch, Connect, Solo and Mastercard with our easy online ordering system. Orders may also be placed over the telephone on 01873856000.
Delivery
All deliveries within the UK mainland are FREE. We will endeavour to dispatch your items within 2 working days of you placing the order. This applies only to 'in stock' items. For any special order goods or goods that are placed on back order you will receive an email quoting estimated delivery time. Should this be unacceptable you may cancel the order. Payment will not be taken for any goods until they are ready for dispatch.
All deliveries OVERSEAS are subject to delivery charges. Please email us at customerservice@fioredirect.co.uk with your requirements and we will quote you accordingly, advising you of the shipping charge. Overseas customers are responsible for any relevant import duties and local taxes.
Once the goods have left our premises, delivery becomes the responsibility of the Carrier or postal service used. We cannot be held responsible for late delayed or non-delivery of goods and will do all that we can to deal promptly and efficiently with any delivery problems customers report to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Incorrect Deliveries
To ensure our customers receive their goods in perfect condition, all goods are carefully checked prior to dispatch.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will happily exchange it or refund it for you provided that :
1. You have informed us by email prior to the return of goods within 14 days of receipt
2. The goods are returned to us unused with all the labels and tags intact.
3. The goods are accompanied by a receipt of purchase ( we recommend you keep a copy of this receipt for your records)
4. The goods are suitably and adequately wrapped in appropriate packaging for return to us.
The costs of postage or delivery for returns of this nature are the responsibility of the customer and therefore the cost of return postage will not be included in the refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 days onto your credit card minus the initial postage costs, once the goods have been received by us.
If we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are received as 'damaged', the customer must contact us by email within 7 days of receipt, quoting name, order reference number and the nature of the problem.We will then endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. In this case any return postage will be refunded to the customer.
The company reserves the right to refuse claims for non-delivery, damaged goods or shortages if the customer fails to take the actions outlined above and hence the customer will be liable for payment of all goods notwithstanding any alleged non-delivery or shortage of goods if the foregone conditions have not been complied with.

All credit card and personal details are secure when transmitted through our website.We use SSL technology to ensure that all details you provide are encrypted prior to being sent across a secure connection. To ensure this a padlock or key symbol will appear in the bottom of your browser when you are in the checkout area of this site. All information held on our servers is protected by firewalls.
Privacy
We are commited to protecting information and any details that may infringe on your privacy. Any personal information collected on this site is used only for the purpose of fulfiling your order, informing you of any special offers we may have and providing the best possible service. We do not use your details for other marketing purposes and will not disclose your details to any third parties. By supplying us with your details you are consenting to us using them in the manner described above.
