  • Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?

All prices shown are inclusive of 17.5% VAT

  • What happens if I find the goods cheaper elsewhere?

We will happily match any other price providing that the goods are identical in nature, available and in stock. In this instance the competitor price/details should be emailed with the order.

  • How can I pay?

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Connect and Solo cards with our easy online ordering system.

  • What are the charges for delivery?   

Delivery within the UK is FREE. For international delivery please email  customerservice@fioredirect.co.uk stating your requirements for a quote for shipping charges. Please note however that should you wish to return the item the initail delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • How long will delivery take?

For in-stock items 2-3 working days. If your item is out of stock or special order it will be placed on back order and you will be notified by email of an expected delivery date. No payment will be taken for any goods until they are ready for dispatch. Please note that during postal strikes these delivery times may vary.

  • Can orders be placed by telephone?

You may order by telephone on 01873 856000 or 01432278319. However please note that there is no priority given for telephone orders.

  • What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with you purchase we will glady exchange or refund it for you providing that :

  1. You have informed us by email of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt
  2. The goods are returned to us unused with all the labels and tags intact.
  3. The goods are accompanied by a receipt of purchase ( we recommend you keep copy of your receipt for your records)
  4. The goods are suitably wrapped in appropriate packaging for return to us.
  5. The goods are returned with proof of posting and a signature required as we will not be held responsible for lost items.

Please note that the costs of postage of returns of this nature are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the refund. Refunds will be processed back onto the credit card within 3 days minus the intial postage cost, once the goods have been received by us.

  • What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

If your goods arrive damaged you must contact us by email within 7 days of receipt quoting name, order reference and the nature of the problem. We will then endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In this case postage charges will be refunded to the customer. 

  • What happens to my personal details after I have given them to you? 

We are commited to protecting any personal information that may infringe on your privacy. Any personal information collected on this site is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and informing you of any special offers we may have.We do not use your details for any other marketing purposes and will not disclose your details to any other third parties.

  • What if I have a complaint?

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your shopping experience please contact us by email at customerservices@fioredirect.co.uk. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
